Reverend Novlet L. Green
Speaker | Teacher | Counselor | Pastor
Reverend Novlet L. Green is a dynamic and anointed speaker, teacher, and counselor with a deep passion for transforming lives through the power of God’s Word. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she received her foundational education there before continuing her journey of faith and service in the United States.
Reverend Green serves faithfully as both Senior Pastor and Administrative Pastor of The Worship Center International Ministries, laboring alongside her husband, Bishop Gerald G. Green. Together, they have built a legacy of faith and family, having been married for over 41/2 decades, raising four adult children, and celebrating the joy of seven grandchildren.
Her ministerial journey is marked by dedication, growth, and excellence. She received her Exhorter’s credentials through the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee) and pursued higher education at Logos University, earning an Associate degree in Christian Counseling. She furthered her theological training at Evangelical Bible College and Seminary, where she obtained both a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and a Master’s degree in Theology.
Reverend Green is currently advancing her academic pursuit as a doctoral candidate.
With decades of impactful service, Reverend Green has ministered across diverse areas within the church and community. She has a special calling to holistically empower women of all ages, cultures, and life stages. For over 20 years, she served as Women’s Ministry President at the PSL Worship Center and now continues her influence as a trusted advisor.
She is also the Founder and CEO of the Novlet L. Green Ministries, Inc., a 501C(3) non-profit organization that ministers to the needs of the community, and internationally through various services and events.
Her heart for service extends beyond the pulpit. She serves as Administrator of the Start Smart Learning Center, where she expresses her love for nurturing and educating children. Her compassion for those in need has also led her to serve through the Council on Aging’s Meals on Wheels program, delivering meals throughout St. Lucie County, as well as ministering to incarcerated youth at the Juvenile Detention Center in White City.
Affectionately known as “Pastor Nov,” Reverend Green has organized and led numerous humanitarian mission trips, including outreach efforts in her native Jamaica, where she maintains strong ministry connections and a thriving outreach presence.
Above all, Reverend Green is driven by an unwavering desire to fulfill God’s purpose for her life. She delights in embracing every vision and assignment entrusted to her, boldly declaring:
"I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth." — Psalm 34:1 (NLT)
